Nik "The Violin Kid" is actually a guitarist

- and a pretty good one at that.

 Nik grew up as a third generation violinist and was classically trained on his "family's instrument" of choice.  But after many years of learning, Nik fell in love with the seductive licks and riffs of Rock 'n Roll.  Nik keeps his name as "The Violin Kid" as an homage to the musical background and training that was such a large part of his early career.  Whether he's tapping, strumming, or shredding, the violin will always be a part of Nik's music.
